Wellness is the individual's life journey (and our society's larger task) of taking Abraham Maslow's concept of Self-Actualization and applying it to mind, body, spirit and our interconnectedness with other people and our environment. |

WELLNESS COACHING As your personal Wellness Coach, Aimee will mentor you in defining your wellness goals and in creating a plan to achieve them so you can be the healthy, happy person you deserve to be! Aimee will provide a profound level of support, guidance, and encouragement, without judgment, on your path to becoming your personal best. We are all artists, creating our own masterpiece that we call our life. Aimee can coach you in accessing your personal power to create the life you want to be living. Aimee's own path to well-being has included various forms of yoga; holistic approaches to healing; cultivating a mind/body/spirit connection; adopting a plant-based diet; creating work she loves; finding a healthy balance between work, play and relaxation; plenty of self-reflection; and learning how to be present in the now. Her passions include exploring the spiritual traditions of the world; holistic health from personal to planetary; being in and communing with nature; vibrant, healthy food; and being of service to people who want to create a life full of freedom, love, and joy. |
