Aimee and Rawles teach hatha yoga, including asana (yoga postures), pranayama (breathing practices), and meditation. Their classes emphasize attitude, alignment, and action in cultivating awareness and wellness of body, breath, and mind. Movement linked to breath with awareness naturally leads a person toward wellness.
ALIGN & FLOW: ALL LEVELS
Our 90 minute classes are heart-centered, playful, and dynamic and are designed to increase strength, flexibility, and endurance, energize and inspire your personal practice, and calm your mind. In addition to standing, seated, prone and supine poses, students will learn how to safely practice backbends and inversions.
